PARENT/STUDENTS HANDBOOK AGREEMENT
Please read the following statements carefully, once you click “You agree with the LMMP Handbook Norms” in the application form and/or sign this agreement, you hereby affirm that you have read the Little Mozart Music Program Parent/Student Handbook Agreement and will ensure you child complies therewith.
Your signature indicates your agreement.
Enrollment: I understand that the services of Little Mozart Music Program (LMMP) are engaged by mutual consent, and that either LMMP or I reserve the right to terminate any or all services at any time. If at any time my child’s conduct, musical progress, or cooperation with LMMP teachers are not in keeping with the LMMP requirements and regulations, I understand that the LMMP leadership reserves the right to expel my child.
Further, I agree that in the event that I cannot continue to support the LMMP relating to the progress of my child, I agree to withdraw my child from the LMMP in a quiet and orderly fashion. I understand and accept that if I withdraw or are requested to withdraw my child, no refund of registration fees or used tuition will be made.
Tuition: I understand our commitment to pay tuition for the amount as referenced on the Enrollment and Tuition sheet (or website) provided upon registration. If tuition and fees are not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late charge will be added to my account. There are no refunds for registration or tuition payments received unless the class does not have enough students, in that case, registration/supply fee will be fully refunded.
Tuition is based on the whole school year. In the case you decide to stop lessons for a period of time, a month or more, you then will have to re-register to resume lessons.
I also understand that LMMP reserves a spot when I register my child. The monthly payments reflect all the classes your child will have.
Discipline: I believe that discipline is a necessary aspect of our child’s education. I understand that we have the responsibility as parents to actively support the authority, philosophy, objectives, policies, and discipline of LMMP.
Practicing: In order to achieve excellence in music, practice has to become a discipline and a habit. It is required that parents help and encourage their child to practice at least 3 times a week. The amount of time will be specified by the teacher(s), according to the age and level of the child.
In case of an emergency: In case of emergency or serious illness, we request LMMP contact us first. If the LMMP, or appointed chaperone is unable to contact us, LMMP has my permission to make whatever arrangements deemed necessary for my child’s treatment. If the emergency is life-threatening and we cannot be reached, the physician has permission to act accordingly absolving the LMMP of any liability.
Liability: In the case of an accident, allergies or serious illness, I/we request LMMP to contact me/us but we also waive and release LMMP from any liability in regards to these circumstances. If LMMP is unable to contact me/us when circumstances indicate immediate action is required, LMMP may make whatever arrangements are required in its best judgment.
Parental Commitment: It is my commitment to help provide a healthy and positive environment for our children. I agree that we will in no case complain to other parents (including social media), but will register only complaints first with the person with whom I have the issue. I understand that if the issue is not resolved, then it can be taken to the LMMP Director.
I agree to abide by LMMP established policies and to support these policies with a positive attitude. I understand that if at any time LMMP determines in its sole discretion that my actions do not support cooperation and commitment to the Home and Program working together, the LMMP has the right to request the withdrawal of my child.
I understand that this Handbook Agreement is not a contract and does not contractually bind LMMP and is subject to change without notice. Admission to the Program is a privilege, not a right. By signing this Agreement, the undersigned agrees that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Little Mozart Music Program Parent/Student Handbook.
By clicking the “You agree with the LMMP Handbook Norms” in the application form, I hereby affirm that I have read the Little Mozart Music Program Parent/Student Handbook Agreement and will ensure my child complies therewith.

Nevertheless, if classes are canceled at CBA for a storm or other outside reasons, those classes will be made up. However, payments for classes must be made consistently each month.
Private lessons Make-up: Emergencies and health issues do arise, therefore making up classes will be arranged as the schedule allows, mutually. Because students and parents are busy, in some cases the class(es) will be made up the following month(s).

NOTE ON VENMO PAYMENTS:

If this is the case, and Venmo decides to start charging a fee, we’ll then change payment methods to an ACH. And only in the case that you choose to keep using Venmo as a form of payments, the fee added per transaction will be covered by parents. We also accept checks and cash.
