LITTLE MOZART MUSIC PROGRAM (LMMP)
REGISTRATION AND AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your child’s participation in the Little Mozart Music Program (LMMP), a Charleston International Music School outreach program.
Enrollment
LMMP services are provided by mutual consent, and either party may terminate services at any time. If your child’s conduct, musical progress, or cooperation with LMMP teachers does not meet the program’s standards, LMMP leadership reserves the right to terminate the agreement with your child. If you cannot support your child’s progress within the program, you agree to withdraw your child quietly and orderly. No refund of the registration fee or used tuition will be provided if your child is withdrawn or asked to leave.
Discipline
You agree that discipline is necessary for your child’s education and commit to supporting the authority, philosophy, objectives, policies, and discipline of LMMP.
Practicing
Practice is essential for musical excellence. Parents must support and encourage their child’s practice routine, with the duration determined by the teacher based on the child’s age and level.
Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency or serious illness, LMMP will attempt to contact you first. If you cannot be reached, LMMP has permission to make necessary arrangements for your child’s treatment. If the emergency is life-threatening and you cannot be reached, the attending physician has permission to act as needed, absolving LMMP of liability.
Liability
You waive and release LMMP from liability in the event of an accident, allergy-related incident, or serious illness. If LMMP cannot contact you and immediate action is required, LMMP may take whatever steps it deems necessary in its best judgment.
Parental Commitment
You commit to fostering a positive environment for all children in the program. Complaints must be addressed directly with the person involved, not shared with other parents or on social media. If unresolved, issues may be escalated to the LMMP Director. Should LMMP determine that your actions do not support a cooperative and committed relationship with the program, LMMP reserves the right to request the withdrawal of your child.
Agreement Changes
If there is an update to this agreement LMMP will notify you. Admission to the program is a privilege, not a right. By selecting below, “ I agree with the terms” you are to be bound by this agreement.

For Zelle use: info@cimschool.org
Checks to: CIMS
Credit Card: Click here (a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added).
Note on Venmo Payments:
Most parents like to use Venmo as a way of payments, and we also like it. But there is a possibility, that probably you are already aware of, that Venmo might start charging a fee per transaction. If this is the case, and Venmo decides to start charging a fee, we’ll then change payment methods to an ACH. And only in the case that you choose to keep using Venmo as a form of payments, the fee added per transaction will be covered by parents. We also accept checks and cash.
Agreement
By selecting the “I agree with the terms” option at the bottom of the form, you affirm that you have read and understand the LMMP Parent/Student agreement and agree to ensure compliance with the policies stated herein.
