Group Classes Make-up
Little Mozart groups classes works like a school, for that reason we highly recommend to our parents not to miss classes. Nevertheless we'll offer two extra classes every semester especially during the holidays as an opportunity for parents to make up some of the lessons they have missed. However, payments for classes must be made consistently each month.
Private lessons Make-up
Emergencies and health issues do arise, therefore making up classes will be arranged as the schedule allows, mutually. Because students and parents are busy, in some cases the class(es) will be made up the following month(s).
However, payments for classes must be made consistently each month for the entire number of lessons. It is possible to schedule or to make-up lessons during the holidays, as mutually acceptable.
-
In the case that you will not be in town during a particular week(s) or have previous commitments, please plan ahead for make-up lessons.
-
If you miss a lesson(s), the month(s) before, and therefore have a make-up class(es) pending, the current entire month of tuition is still due.
-
Parents are in charge of coordinating make-up lessons. In case there is a make-up lesson needed because of my schedule, I’ll be in charge of coordinating it.
Recital Fee
A $35 recital fee will be charged per student performing in a recital
Discipline
You agree that discipline is necessary for your child’s education and commit to supporting the authority, philosophy, objectives, policies, and discipline of LMMP.
Practicing
Practice is essential for musical excellence. Parents must support and encourage their child’s practice routine, with the duration determined by the teacher based on the child’s age and level.
Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency or serious illness, LMMP will attempt to contact you first. If you cannot be reached, LMMP has permission to make necessary arrangements for your child’s treatment. If the emergency is life-threatening and you cannot be reached, the attending physician has permission to act as needed, absolving LMMP of liability.
Liability
You waive and release LMMP from liability in the event of an accident, allergy-related incident, or serious illness. If LMMP cannot contact you and immediate action is required, LMMP may take whatever steps it deems necessary in its best judgment.
Parental Commitment
You commit to fostering a positive environment for all children in the program. Complaints must be addressed directly with the person involved, not shared with other parents or on social media. If unresolved, issues may be escalated to the LMMP Director. Should LMMP determine that your actions do not support a cooperative and committed relationship with the program, LMMP reserves the right to request the withdrawal of your child.
Contract Changes
If there is an update to this contract LMMP will notify you. Admission to the program is a privilege, not a right. By selecting below, “ I agree with the terms” you are to be bound by this contract.
